Shipping Policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means a lot to me that you want to have my art in your home. Art truly transforms your space.

 

Processing Time All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for printing, stretching, inspection, and careful packaging before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

Delivery times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all US orders.

Holiday orders
During the busy season, production and carrier times can run longer 5-10 business days. Please order early if your print is a gift.

Damaged in transit
Each print is packed carefully to protect it on its way to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at contact@shannonparksart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

Lost or delayed packages
If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. Please contact me via contact@shannonparksart.com within 48 hours to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Returns
Because each print is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives with a defect or damage, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
